Dads. Golf. Connection.
Improve your social connection, network with like-minded business owners and make time for self-care through the Tee30Golf community
"Thanks for a great night …I’ve rarely enjoyed myself as much whilst performing so poorly, a testament to you and the crew on the night." - John Cooksey"A pleasure to hang out with like minded business owners, hit a few balls and share a pizza too. Does life get any better?" - Bill McLellan"Had an awesome time out there today. Great to catch up, get some early morning swings in, and have a solid chat over coffee. Looking forward to doing it again soon!" - James Baker
Tee30Golf was born out of a desire to play more golf as men and father-figures and improve our social and mental health. No time for self-care? Not anymore if you join our community.
We play at 'Dad-friendly' tee-times - morning speedgolf before 7am, evening experiences after work and putting green events during lunch-time - all across Melbourne.
"Last night I joined the Tee30Golf Evening Experience for the first time, and what stood out was the depth of the conversation. We reflected on the experiences that have shaped who we are today: fatherhood, marriage, career moments. Real talk, real people.Grateful to have been part of such a thoughtful and open group. Big thanks to Andrew Marmont and the crew for creating a space that goes beyond the game!" - Donovan Roberts
Why Become a Tee Off Member?
Making time for yourself while balancing work and family is tricky. It’s often easier
to put other people first. But that can lead to other problems. I know this because as a business owner and new Dad, I put myself last, and my mental and physical
health suffered. A Tee Off Membership will kickstart your social connection over some fun, fitness and competition, get you meeting like-minded people, and play more golf without eating into work and family time.
Connect with like-minded guys and chat about men's stuff.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is Tee30Golf?
Tee30Golf is like a Men's Shed for golfing Dads. We run events in 30 minutes to 2 hours (hence 'Tee30') at Melbourne's most fun public and private courses, followed by a chat about health and wellbeing.
Who is Tee30Golf for?
We've curated it for Dads specifically who often struggle with overwhelm and mental health, particularly in the first few years of fatherhood. Our events are designed to fit in with busy work and family lives. We play speedgolf on Tuesday mornings, Wednesday lunch events and evening experiences too. Check out our events page for upcoming events.
What if I'm not a Dad?
That's ok. Do you have loved ones you care for? If you are a guy who likes golf, are abundant in your thinking and want to be part of a like-minded community, then you'll fit right in.
Do I need to be a good golfer to play?
No. Our focus is on fun, fitness and social connection. Many (in fact most) of our members and casual players are sometime golfers who used to love the game and are reconnecting with the sport again
Do I need to be fit to play Tee30Golf?
If you can jog 2km you'll be fine. We strongly suggest you warm-up and do a dynamic warm-up beforehand. We will take you through a personal trainer-approved warm-up before each event to prevent potential injury.
How many clubs should I bring?
Bring 3-4 clubs. Depending on the length of the golf course, it could be a Driver or Hybrid, 7 iron, pitching wedge and putter. For shorter courses you could bring a 7 iron, pitching wedge and a putter.
How do I become a member?
You can attend two events and then we chat about membership.
